Mr Tomoharu Fukayama, Managing Director and Executive Director of AEON Credit Service (Asia) Company Limited, and his colleagues visited campus to meet the new batch of recipients of “AEON Credit Service Scholarships”. The get-together was joined by Ms Euphemia Chow, Head of the Office of Global Learning and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office and Ms. Daisy CHAN, Director of Development and Alumni Office.

Since the establishment of the scholarship in 2018, close to 50 students with outstanding academic performance have been honored.

The new batch of awardees thanked Mr Fukayama and AEON group. They also shared with the visitors their studies at HKUST and future plans.

Mr Fukayama also visited The BASE to learn about student entrepreneurship activities.
